The Signature Package

• Full use of our bright, climate-controlled barn with the perfect blend of comfort and charm—an inviting space for your ceremony, reception, or both.
• Exclusive weekend access, including Friday evening and extended time on Saturday.
• Open vendor policy (as long as they are licensed and insured), plus access to our Blue Ribbon Vendors list with partner discounts.
• Access to Maggie's Cottage and Dude's Den—our inviting bridal and groom's suites.
• One complimentary pre- or post-wedding photoshoot session (photographer provided by couple).
• One setup of tables and chairs before your event, and breakdown of tables and chairs after your event.

  Please note this does not include flipping the space between the ceremony and reception; that service is available as a separate enhancement.
• Access to rectangular tables, and 120 white resin chairs.
• Up to 125 guests.
• Optional use of our decorative tables and buffet—perfect for a sweetheart table, cake display, and/or gift table.
• A Venue Host on-site during your event to assist with venue-related questions and ensure the property is running smoothly throughout your day.
• Multiple options for ceremony sites, both indoor and outdoor.

The Intimate Gathering (Micro-Wedding)

• Maximum of 60 people total (including the wedding party).
• Access to the venue for seven hours anytime between 9:00 AM–9:00 PM on Saturday.

  Pre-wedding access hours may be purchased if you'd like to access the property the day prior to your wedding. Availability is subject to the venue calendar.

Optional Enhancements

Soft White Barn Draping

White curtain installation is available for couples who would like a softer, more romantic look inside the barn. This enhancement includes installation before the event and removal afterward. Curtains may also be closed during an outdoor ceremony for couples who would like to keep the inside of the barn tucked away until it is time for the reception reveal.

Customizable Curtain Divider

For couples who would like to create a soft visual separation between ceremony and reception spaces, Hope Farms offers an optional curtain room divider enhancement. This service includes setup of the curtain divider system before the event and removal at the appropriate time during the celebration. Availability is subject to venue approval and must be requested in advance.

Furry Family Member Visit

Bring your furry family member along for a special part of the celebration. This enhancement allows your pet to be onsite for up to 2 hours on the day of your wedding—perfect for photos, your ceremony, or a sweet visit before they head home. Pets must receive prior approval from the venue and must be requested in advance.

Dance Floor

A classic wood parquet dance floor that creates a defined space for celebrating. Includes full setup and breakdown, so it's ready when you are and handled at the end of the evening.

A Flip Crew will be onsite to support a smooth transition if weather requires plans to move indoors, allowing the day to continue with ease.

Intimate Gathering: Pre-Wedding Access

Gently ease into your Intimate Gathering with exclusive pre-wedding access to Hope Farms the day prior for rehearsal or decorating. Subject to availability.
